You appear to miss the point, Dai, that everything is a mixture of colours. I don't "veer wildly" from one extreme to the other; I constantly say the truth is always somewhere in between the easy options. Feel free to continue thinking simplistic slogan attitudes are the answers but please don't read me assuming I really feel the same. If you can't comprehend nuances, go elsewhere.

No one has been prosecuted for any of this and the Police involved are still getting their wages and adding to their pensions.
Our politicians are now totally ignorant and don't seem to understand that the law is meant to be imposed impartially. In a sense the victim's personal circumstances should be ignored.
But the media runs all this now. We are all Rupert's puppets.

Is that justice?

You're a strange mixture of affected cynicism and disguised optimism, JK. You oscillate wildly between relativism and dogmatism, fatalism and defiance. You want justice but also dismiss the justice system. You sometimes demand change and sometimes sneer at those who ask for it. You sometimes claim to have enjoyed your wrongful imprisonment and sometimes clearly feel bitter about it. If only you'd find the courage to be honest about how you feel and fight consistently for a positive change. A serious, open, sincere contribution might just be the most effective thing you could do at this stage, partly because it would be the least predictable move you could make.

Trial without evidence? I think you are about to see it, very soon...In the your word against someone elses scenario, set off last October!
