those who did it for no money are surely far more sinister and their motives highly suspect.
JK2006 Senior police officers who "leaked" information to the Press - not for money - are to be arrested. Brilliant news. When those senior officers deliberately leak information about arrests in order to provoke further false allegations in order to achieve convictions after massive media coverage... a clear and deliberate attempt, often successful, to get convictions whether correct or unjust.

And yes, Operation Elveden are indeed investigating the events around November 23rd/24th 2000. They have been doing so for several months.
