JK2006 Saturday is still subtitles night for us BBC4 addicts; the current Arne Dahl season is less good than the previous Danish series but still way better than anything in the UK and this weekend's show included this gem in economic writing.

One of the mysterious regular characters is a cleaner; an odd, middle aged, slightly swarthy man who seems to clean at odd times (in the middle of the night). One hard working cop... "where are you from?"... Cleaner... "Persia"... Cop... "Ah, Iran?"... Cleaner ... "No, Persia".

Isn't that brilliant?
