JK2006 I've always loved this series (very jealous of Mistress Fry who was on it; admittedly from an inferior college - she sent me a lovely holiday postcard from Greece)... I - naturally - support any Cambridge college; then Oxford ones (inferior but better than the rest). This year - UCL (London) and Manchester. Of course I rooted for London, though the Captain (Dennis) had the worst hair ever.

UCL also had the longest greek surname ever - requiring High Definition wide screen.

I will root for a team with someone cute on it; this year; nobody.

Paxman is excellent; Bamber was equally good.

Manchester won.

Not a great final but a wonderful series. Intelligent, informative television.
