George Bush has finally admitted that secret CIA prisons exist in overseas countries. (These are the same prisons where people have been taken after being kidnapped, and then held incommunicado for several years). He has denied their existence previous many, many times.

Why is it that these people CANNOT tell the truth ?

He maintains that the hostages are treated humanely - is there anyone on earth who actually believes that?
