Surely the police, media, and tax-exploiting charities themselves for misleading the public for so long about the true scale and proportion of what constitutes Serious Child Abuse. That is, a long known, vast 92% is Non-Sex Serious Child Abuse, the victims of which those Sex-Obsessed corrupt agencies don't give a damn.
hedda	I think this will happen of it's own accord and the ignorant politicians who are beholden to vile cops and ghastly tabloids deserve what is to come. clever lawyers will expand the entities to be sued for "sex abuse" for not preventing it.. ITV, the NSPCC and indeed, dimwit gay DJs who claim they knew for decades that Savile was an abuser but kept quiet. He and numerous others are at fault for not reporting a crime and allowing more victims to be abused if it's all true.. At least Esther had the good sense to say she never knew.
