Hack lawyers tell these deluded woman they'll sue for no upfront fee but that's only when they are 100% sure they can win....they won't even make a phone call without being paid. I hope JK is correct and Savile's heirs fight the claimants. the alleged victims will cop the legal fees if they can't prove their case (10 years down the track) And C.Retro is correct...charities staking claims for a shrinking market and donation base.

Chris Retro	There is one connection played down here - this one one leading Children's Charity vs another. This is not an attack on Jimmy Savile, the BBC and society in general - this is a staged battle by the NSPCC on Barnados. He's a master tactician that former vice chariman of the NSPCC, y'know.
