Metal Mickey The first half of season 1 of Glee was excellent frothy fun, but it soon petered out (or steered itself even more to the tweenies), and I gave up on it a few episodes into season 2... like many US TV shows, producing over 16 hours of programming every single year (24 x 40 minutes, the equivalent of all 3 Godfather Films plus all 3 Matrix films) inevitably means any concept will be spread increasingly thin, and "kids singing in high school" wasn't that long-term a pitch to start with...

I feel sorry for Cory though, by all accounts he was a nice guy, albeit one with problems, and by most standards was a huge success... it's always a shame when that is cut short, for whatever reason.
steveimp Reminded me too much of Fame from the 80s and I hated growing up with that....
andrew Not as good as it used to be but still better than other crap on TV.
hedda never got into myself ...but The Simpsons...magic
andrew The girlfriend loves it I find it confusing as it has no plot.
