DJones	There will be no material effects on the process at this moment. Maybe later, when / if the EU or the courts (have to) to make a decision on the sale. Right now, BMG and UMG are free to do what ever they will.

DJones	There will be a review by the EU and some action by Impala, but the UMG is already in charge of BMG Music Publishing Vivendi to Restructure Its BMG Purchase, Sources Say www.latimes.com/business/custom/cotown/l...ct06,1,3669182.story The EU had objected to a setup that ensured the seller would be paid even if the sale failed.
