JK2006 What a shame. He interviewed me on KRLA Los Angeles in 1965. He was a loyal supporter - when Blue Swede went to No1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Casey said "that's not nearly as good as Jonathan King's original" and played my version of Hooked On A Feeling instead!
