It's just the way copyrights are controlled .. sure some itunes stores have
repertoire that others don't - that's also because the artists label may not have
administered the tracks to all the different stores.
From my understanding these are the stores:
UK/Europe
USA
Canada
Australia
Japan
However if a track has been licensed to a third party record label
in one or more territories outside of the home market, then it's
up to the licensee to up the tracks into their local iTunes stores.
Whatever some might say - iTunes Music Store is still the original and best
in the market.

Their site should be able to point us in the right direction, rather than saying "Shove off". But I haven't bought anything off iTunes for a while, so I can't remember.
