Is it bordering on paedophilia to have a grown man holding a 12 year old girl (maddie ziegler) and have her legs wrapped around his head?

I would say no, when it is in the context of a choreographed dance routine and there is no sexual touching involved.However this video is proving to be quite controversial, is it any worse than watching the world gymnastics championships?
