JK2006 I've just been asked to go to the cremation.
I remember that day, 41 years ago, when I went round to his flat in St John's Wood to play him Everyone's Gone To The Moon and got a ringing endorsement and guarantee of support.

We remained friends ever since.
Martin Sadly missed and a voice and personality that so many of us grew up with.
