Martin Hi Jamie. Find someone you like who likes you and is as passionate about your material as you are, with the added advantage of gift of the gab.
You never know, he may be coming to your gigs already.
zooloo It'd help people if you could be a bit more specific.

For example - what style of music, how well established is your band, what size of gigs are you doing and examples of your music.

There are many types of manger from your mate who drives the van to buildings full of secretaries and lawyers and stuff.

Giving an idea of who/what you are will help people help you.

BTW I can do nothing to materially assist you.
