PaulB Interestingly, there are no new entries in the top 100 this week, with 8 re-entries.
In the physical singles chart there are 2 new entries and umpteen re-entries.
The X-Factor single has been No.1 in physical singles for 3 weeks.

I'm not sure how many singles are actually sold, per week, compared to the 70s, but I bet very few.
Have singles become almost irrelevant?
