JK2006 Of course I met Molly, several times; quite a character!
hedda did JK ever meet Molly Meldrum (still alive & kicking even though he just had a bad accident in Bangkok )

I first meet him decades ago at a party at Billy Gaff's in Fulham Road. Rod Stewart said.."this is my great friend Molly from Australia".

I didn't realise he was a TV presenter in Oz..thought he was a bit weird, sort of mumbling, but now got to know him and of course..everyone loves Molly !

A TV show based on Molly Meldrum starts in Oz in a couple weeks with a terrific actor Samuel Johnstone playing Molly..


Speaking of Shaddupa Your Face..Molly makes an appearance on the accordion. Is the Accordion the most romantic instrument? Or am I mad? (likely)
