giles2008	Norway seem to be taking it seriously. Staging puts the UK busker parade to shame. Possible winner with this one. Takes a couple of plays though which might be its problem.
Pru	Cannot stand Eurovision. It's the FIFA of light entertainment. Blatter could host it now - it's even more pompous, over-long and sickeningly self-congratulatory than one of his old Champions League draw ceremonies. But, as far as the UK is concerned, if they really must persist with such nonsense, surely the real work should be on putting better means in place to find a good song. Yes, you need to find a great act to sell it, but the bedrock has to be the song.
JK2006	24,000 views to this thread; at least you can say Eurovision still interests people; quite possibly more views here than there were viewers on BBC4!
giles2008	The first thing that came to mind when i listened to this is "Last Thing On My Mind " by Steps.
