I hear the cynical argument, however, I think and have thought since spring 2006 that this is the way forward. Check some of my previous posts if you think I'm blagging. Have a chat to some of the brighter teens/early 20 somethings...they are all onto this way of doing things.
The current problem was pointed out by GG a week or two ago i.e. apathy among young performers.
While I'm about it, here's another prediction for 2007. More big studios will close.

oops I blew it again! Mikey, they sound more like Busted then my lot!
I wasn`t planning the unsigned chart thing until February, I don`t think Koopa are a major act anymore as they would not have gone down already.
Anyone who has info, let me know, as I have had a press call about them, or indeed the band themselves.

have had my suspicions on them.
unless they are savvy amongst the business, i can't see why they've not been signed a way back...
