I think you are right. you really have to be there for bagpipes.(though not too near) Its the same with fireworks. There is no point in them being televised at all.
STRATEGY I don't think bagpipes reproduce well on TV or radio, or when recorded and played on an audio system.

JK2006 Well done Paul - you just DID have something to say in favour. For me they sound like strangled cats. But horses for courses!
