Pru Always liked Elkie but why on earth is she doing that ugly grimace/pout in between breaths towards the end of the song (look from about 4.20 mins in)? It looks horrible. Weird how performers pick up these bad habits.

david Hi JK, I'm surprised you didn't recognise it was a Mike Batt production, as it has his trademark orchestration of the time (as in Caravan by Barbara Dickson or Bright Eyes).

But Elkie Brooks version is stellar, her live versions over the years have been even better, she's often rockier on stage than on record.
