Anthony It seems the Brian Harvey track "I can" is indeed the one expected to be announced as one of the finalists. No official confirmation until tomorrow of course

JK2006 Actually, like Orson, started here, then went on ROTD, never got a deal and the rule was "not commercially released" but every country is allowed to make their own rules - not a good idea in my opinion.

I think the EBU should tighten up and have a simple list of rules for all. Still, since I changed so many in my era (bringing in phone voting; allowing backing tracks - too late for Love City Groove...) I can't complain.
Not in the Know It was only last year it was heard through ROTD and was never released so it would be eligible.
