Mart Still awaiting the mids, but as we are on Air Traffic, and the new world model for music, yes there is a major involved with the boys and their promotion, but the thing is, it doesnt appear like it to the public.

They(the band) are putting their work in and although there have been a few stories of them behaving spoiled, I can assure you all they are very nice young chaps that get nerves.

BR I actually agree that heavyweight PR will help - though PR companies need to realise that most of these bands are DIY and cant afford major label budgets at conception.....

In fact the PR bods have been swarming all over these bands in the last 7 days according to my sources....if I hear anything I will post it. MIDAS site already has Motorhead ex Work Hard PR company working their first single.......

Exciting time - I do hope AT have charted in the 40 in the midweeks.......
DJKZ yeah but it's early days. The important thing is the emergence of the new music industry and what we now need is a very savvy company that can tap into these bands, develop them or at least help them develop themselves and attach some heavyweight PR to this model to ensure that BBC national radio one who are not the 'BBC for the majors only radio' support these acts. JK ? GG ? Big End ? see the money haha.
BR With all the discussion on here and the recent successes of : ENTER SHIKARI - KOOPA - MIDAS - ARMSTRONG - NEDS ATOMIC DUSTBIN all bands who have not got big label record deals and are following a new route we see the band AIR TRAFFIC who have major label support but who come from the same "stable" of bands.

Not one of these bands has made the Top 20 singles yet ( though Midas are no 3 in the indie chart this week ) but will Air Traffic with their additional label support be the ones to crack it......

Awaiting our midweek insight on this forum to see where the first day has put them.......
