Mart ..when I start work on a pop/rock song, I allways still to this day have the fictional TOTP performance running through my head, not just the mix and sound and song, very rarely the video, just that rare elusive glimmer of a BBC show that somehow ran down hill like the train in Dumbo, but failed to get up the other side and now lies under a tombstone with the words "I thought I could, I thought I could" chisled into it.

TOTP 2 did not help with this problem, it still mocks the great and fun performances to this day.

How I would have loved to have seen "LDN is a Victim" on the show, it would have been a classic TV moment, but ces`t la vie, if the owners are prepared to mock their own work they are going to have a very hard time making people even bother to watch the traditional Xmas day Beeb`s speech.
