The "Umbrella" song is er....very poor. Have not heard anyone talk about it or even heard it played anywhere !
Who is buying it ? and it must be selling in incredibly small quantities.
Looks like the singles market has collapsed.....
When you consider that Radio 1 had not even heard of Kate Nash and she was only playing the sub 200 venues prior to the "hit" as well the whole Chart thing has disappeared off people's radar.
With most people listening to Radio 2 and only Radio 1 being "chart orientated" perhaps this is the reason why it has died.
In addition the underground bands only want to chart in the Indie Chart or lower reaches of the main charts in order to preserve credibility...........
Slow selling is becoming fashionable again - there is also more profit in slow non hyped sales.

Know what you mean Small, sadly.
It`s becoming "chart today gone tomorrow, but hey we did it for a week guys without a record deal!"
How have EMI managed to not chart Air Traffic?
And why are downloads with no airplay support charting?
