terrylamps	There are definitely publishers who would be interested in signing you. Believe it or not there are still some who sign acts for the right reasons!, a lot of the smaller ones tend to be more active than the multi nationals. I regularly deal with some very good Publishers who are very active in all areas of the market.
Mart	Strike while the irons hot. Your back catalogue obviously is still valid, use it as encouragement for the next step of your writing in the knowledge that you have people listening to you. I wouldn`t worry too much about deals currently, take stock of what you have and build from there. We had a similar thing with Radio 2, when trying to push a new album, they went through the back catalogue and played a track from a twenty year old one, ignoring the new one, but it had served as a reminder of the act`s existence. I personally believe more in good PR companies to back up your own digital releases than record companies currently.
neptunas daughter	First of all I just want to say how this message board has resotored my faith in the music industry...the advice on the breach question really helped:-) Ironically, having felt like my catalogue's dwindling in a dusty chamber, Wogan played me today (out of the blue)...IF I manage to get my catalogue (3 albums) back I'm thinking of looking for another deal. Am I deluded in thinking that's possible? Are publishers signing semi established singer songwriters? Shall I call some people or shall I wait till Wogan's (hopefully) playing my new material? Any ideas would be much appreciated again! Thankyou gurus... H
