Mart As I understand it, and I must stress it is slight guesswork, the prices per download which come from European sales (at 52p) each, do not include and are not eligible for vat, but the 79p UK ones are.
I`m unclear on USA sales.
The streaming fees at 1 cent from Rhapsody, is a big grey area.

Either way, the "download accounting" option from Tunecore, is a great tool to have to hand when sorting out these issues should they become a problem.

More thoughts on this would be very welcome, here too.
Boyde What are the legal requirements regarding VAT for selling tracks on Itunes via distributors such as Tunecore?
Do we need to set up an independent label?

Thanks,

Boyde
