PBS I remember White Horses too. Andrea Ross sings it beautifully. The Friday Song by Purple Exile is also quite excellent. I could imagine it doing well commercially.
Mart Like White Horses a lot.
There are some other great tunes from that era I recall from TV, the Belle and Sebastian theme, and the Robinson Crusoe theme.
(hear them and it`s tea time!)

Purple Exile's Friday Song is worth a listen.

Scott Slater delivers a likeable accoustic ballad.

Billy Darnell's song is just a cut above routine Country, with a good lyric.

It's another cool selection.
