Mart Someone, albeit anonymously finally got my cryptic point.
Anon Think the investors he claims to have, must have more money than sense.. hilarious to think that money can buy you a career in music.. this guy has no chance if Radio 2 aren't interested..

If I was advising on this project, I'd sell this guy as a songwriter, and try to persuade others to take the songs he's done as album tracks.. maybe as the bed for the next Cobra beer TV ad being the start, keep it in the family huh.
K What did he spend the 500k on, I wonder? That kind of money could buy a lot of advertising but I haven't seen any. I wonder what kind of agreements he has in place. He really needs a proper PR company behind him if he's going to get radio exposure which is undoubtedly what he needs for this kind of music. If he hasn't got the right people on it his investors have potentially wasted their money. I wonder if either Shayan or his investors are "music industry savvy" enough to know that?

If I was going to invest in someone in this manner I'd want to be pretty sure that there was someone on board who knew the industry and had been there/done it.
Mart Middle of the original article, investing in Cobra is pretty good right now.
