steve ok i see, well they do quote squeeze as one of their influences so it would make sense!!
DJones Maybe a reference to Glenn Tillbrook (voc/git) of Squeeze.
steve Yeah there is definately potential and longevity in Paul's songwriting, i am unfamiliar with the phrase "Tillbrookness"??
Mart I still like "Away Game" best.

"The Journey" sees Paul displaying a vast amount of "Tillbrookness", which is nice but I felt the song meandered a bit and lacked subtlety to bring it out properly, but that said, it was interesting to hear the band without the ska riffs and on the whole displays a will for longevity within the band.
steve Yeah it's a great catchy song, put them in a decent studio and get a great production on it, JK you must know someone.
