I met her and interviewed her for Ent USA. She was very shy, charming and talented.

Nicholas Lyndhurst used to go to a pub that my sister used to go in. The barman said if you see Lyndhurst, avoid him and don't approach him. No one did.
In a recent biography about Christine McVie, it says that when she got divorced she used to go to a pub in her local village and have sunday lunch on her own, and no one would bother her. Apparently she was very shy and unsociable and some of the excesses were to give her the dutch courage to be more outgoing.

It funny when people think Jona Lewie - Stop The calvary is a Christmas song. It's about the horrors of war.
I love Garth Brooks, Jon Anderson's 3 Ships was an insult to his fans, John Denver, Moody Blues, Alabama, Christopher Cross but I avoid their Christmas albums.
I have Johnny Cash Christmas albums still sealed, I only bought them to finish of the Johnny Cash collection.

I do like Slade but I do hate Christmas songs also Cat, even wore War Is Over.
Music contracts are always messy Rich, look at Procol Harum for one example. The Animals get screwed over royalties over a song in the public domain. That Mariah Carey one drives me nuts. I always thought Slade were overrated myself. No real memorable songs for me. And I find Holder's voice grating. Never got into the growly shouty voice. Just not my cup of char.
