No they were a pirate station in the late 80s-early 90s, haven't broadcast since at least 1993 reported short transmission in 95. They came back online last year.

MCR	Just want to give a quick plug to great radio station broadcasting online. They broadcast from the black country in the West Midlands and they started out as a pirate radio station popular 89-93 Simon B's Friday Night sing-a-long every Friday night 8-10 is a must listen the craziest show on the radio.
