Very sad news, another legendary broadcaster has passed away. This is the third one this year after Annie Nightingale and Steve Wright. I was listening to Sounds of the 70s on radio 2, when I heard Bob Harris recounting memories of Johnnie Walker. I thought at first it was just about him leaving the show during the year, but sadly he has passed away after a long illness.
