Green Man I liked his first three albums. They have some memorable songs and I do remember the music videos being rotated on MTV a lot.

I had Photograph Smile, but it's only the opening song had a decent and nice music video, and then the rest is very forgettable. Everything Changes reminded me of some Moby when he was doing chill music.

If I remember Julian Lennon's albums always sold better in the UK than in the States.
