DJones their software, downloads, and DRM-infested Un-CDs are legally binding - at least for the customers.

But there are lots of DRM-infested Un-CDs that install spy ware and other stuff even if the user has clicked on the no and aborted the installation.
web DJ a handy thing to note.. the agreements which appear in iframes can be edited to show whatever you like before you hit 'submit'
