dixie I think you'll find you can buy Kid Rock's single on I-Tunes, and it's No.3 in their chart.
Mart I must admit that I find it rather worrying that your sales results as a company are monitored. With the charts increasingly less important, it feels very Big Brother-like!
All my artists are allowed a meeting time with us in which they browse their own stats and we barter fees and plans out between us. It is starting to work.

In my opinion, the industry has lost (and of course made) a lot of money by hiding it from the artists.
This has caused a distrust, yes artists can be prats but so can managers and A+R, this is human given right.
