Angel Sad to see its finsished. A wonderful insight. I'd hope more families behaved like they do. Not perfect but good values. I'll miss my Wednesday fix.
Al When it was advertised (repeatedly) I decided that it wasn't something I'd be likely to watch, but I caught episode three and found myself drawn to it. The Hughes family were strangely likeable - even the cat. Tom's episode with the earing was quite typical but also humorous. It could have run for longer, but 100 days of scrutiny is probably more than enough for the Hughes family to cope with.
hughesy Channel 4's 'The Family'.

What a fantastic programme.

Brilliant put together, brilliant use of music.

Reality TV done right - not exploitative - merely a document of normal people's normal lives.

Utterly positive.

Well done Channel 4.
