JK2006	but the basics were accurate. We knew who was talking to whom in each organisation. We knew the contrasting offers and the sticking points. We knew the conflicting aspects of both Edgar and Eric (and Alain and Roger). That's called "keeping in the flow", something all observers and commentators should be.

JK2006	On Monday Music Week says all talk about EMI and Warners negotiations are "just noise". That very same day Eric Nicoli offers BILLIONS to buy WB. Edgar turns him down.
