Topic History of: EMI - Is Terra Firma losing the control of this "asset"?

DJones According to the reports I read, Roling & Unwin not only left EMI, they are no longer employed by Terra Firma.

And there are rumours that Riaz Punja, the mastermind behind the EMI aquisition, will (has to) leave Terra Firma.

So who will control the new EMI-management, when the managers, who had the responsibility for this asset in the last 18 months, are gone?
Walter Sobchak There is nothing strange about this. These VC boys come in at the start, check how the business is run-very badly in EMI's case- make changes , asset strip and then parachute so-called outside specialists in to prime positions. Interesting that two other key people Julie Williamson, senior legal and Stephen Alexander head of assets including catalogue are also leaving but not mentioned.
DJones Who is the mastermind behind the purging of Terra-Firma-men from EMI?
