JK2006 And today, Elliott, your observation has resulted in a good, long obituary in the Guardian.
JK2006 Thank you for this Elliott - Wally was a hugely popular arranger in the 60s and his/her story must make a great movie.

I just discovered that Angela Morley, formerly Wally Stott has died.

Wally was responsible for those amazing orchestrations on those classic Scott Walker albums amongst many other things.
