JK2006 Any agreement between you and producer should be signed. What percentage you each get depends on who paid the costs, who owns the master rights and personal agreement between you.

Please can you help me!!!

I've been offered a licensing contract for a song that I perform and I wrote by an independent dance label.
Its PRS registered and I dont know what to do about the producer who produced the track.

Do I give him 50 per cent of the the download/sales of the track, and if so how do I pay him and does he have to sign anything....?

Sorry if it seems like a simple question....!
