Metal Mickey Agreed - "Kounani" from her album is superb too, and I promise I'm not a world music nerd, this is music anyone can enjoy
Michael I notice I have increasingly two big loves: outrageously silly pop and very tasteful World music. I can't think of a connection between them, but whatever. This tip is very much in the second category, an almost whimsical track from Rokia Traore that builds into a rather powerful end. Lovely understated production.
