Mark D Hi SW,

Did you stay for the whole set? Well, if you fancy giving her another whirl she's playing The Tabernacle in Notting Hill on 21st April.

It's for Discovery showcase (formerly at Soho Revue Bar). It's gonna be the first gig to take place now The Tabernacle is refurbished. It doesnt officially open until May, So if you come down you get sneak peak at the new look venue, plus see a couple of other good acts as well as give Miss Almeida a second listen.

M
SW Saw her at the Cobden Club recently. OK for about 3 songs, but ultimately a bit too bland for my tastes.
Mark D Hi All,

Would be really interested to get your thoughts on an artist I manage called Kirsty Almeida.

We have some rough demos up at...

Kirsty Almeida

Some people are saying she's like a cross between Corinne Bailey Rae, Norah Jones and Roberta Flack...

Anyway, I would apreciate the feedback and thoughts on which A&R people would like this style?

Best
Mark
