When we first checked him out, we had actually gone to see another act, and did not realise he was on the bill.
I was chatting to the act we had gone to see, when he appeared on stage. The room fell completely silent.
We were stunned, I bought two copies of the album on the spot.
The next morning, I had what I thought was the radio on, having forgot that I had put the album on, and heard a blatant hit, it chilled me to the bone to realise exactly the talent I had, and was witnessing.
When this new record comes out in July, it will cause a storm, there is nothing in his class or style available.
Nice to hear from someone who caught a show, glad you enjoyed it. |
