JK2006 I believe ROTD have more than one in the UK but indeed they don't seem to refresh much.
I think it's all down to how much people care.

Not giving my name..... ...I paid for an advert this morning, and it hasnt appeared on ROTD...
Music Board Reader Not Poster You seem to have board monitors all over the world and update regularly.
The Record of the Day board is still carrying Thursday as the most recent posts!
Either they never update (it's Friday 8.45pm here in Athens) or nobody bothers to post on it.
