david Mari made a cameo appearance in Soft Cell's video for "What!" way back when, that was fun.
Al Yes I know it's easy to google, but I was hoping I might inspire some discussion or get some first hand insight.
giles2008 Happy to report that Mari Wilson is still alive and touring. She played a show at the Kings Theatre in Portsmouth last year as part of a UK tour.

Al Reading PBS's comment on Mari Wilson doing the best version of 'Cry Me a River' made me wonder what happened to her. Anyone know?

I was amazed to read one (probably quite young) music reviewer saying how the Susan Boyle version wasn't a patch on Justin Timberlake. Doh!
