Al So maybe it's only the British end which is causing difficulty. I also notice that Ebay.com have a special section for digital downloads/mp3s in their music category - unlike the British ebay.co.uk who only have "other formats".

Maybe it's just taking a while for Britain to catch up with new developements.
Al Ebay do all the work for you.

That is, if they don't accuse you of an infringement of your own copyright.
Steve R I know of another band who have had their songs removed from myspace because someone else, wrongly, said the band didn't own the copyright. MySpace is a chaotic yet corporate site that may not really be a friend of musicians. They check nothing out but if someone complains they remove songs without a by your leave.
Surely most bands can host songs on their own websites nowadays and let them stream/download as easy as on myspace?
Not trying to get into a myspace good/bad debate, just wondering if going there to listen to music is a bit sheepish of us all and why bands seem to have no rights yet complainants are always believed.?
DJones selling on an artists own site?
KC According to his myspace.com blog, they have removed Paul Boon Stewarts mp3 listings because they breach copyright. He has replied to them that he owns the copyright of his own music and so there can be no infingement and he is waiting for their response.

I see other artists are still selling their mp3's on ebay, so it'll be interesting to hear what happens in this case - or to see if the others are also removed.
