zooloo I've caught by "sung by" aberrations too.

Now I'm a little wiser and read the cheap CD properly {D
giles2008 There is a lot of this about especially in those super value box sets with about twenty cds for a tenner. The 100/101 hits compilations are the best for oldies and have some great stuff on them, all original hit recordings.
JK2006 Incidentally, isn't Mystery Girl, Orbison's last album produced, I think, by Jeff Lynne, one of the ten greatest albums ever?

I loved the Soft Cell albums from 81 - 84, as they were very raw. They re-recorded a few tracks for a compilation in the 90s and they were way too sanitized, too perfect, no soul.

Give me the originals any day.
andrew Same here JK I got Best of Crystals CD which is all re-recordings couldn't wait to get the phil Spector Wall of Sound box set for £10
