giles2008 Tuesday from 12 till one with Johnnie Walker.
Al I think they were published Tuesday, but I think they also ran down the chart on Sunday evening. My parents always went out to church and me and my brother would play the chart at full blast. Plus, of course, there was TOTP on Thursdays.

DJones If I remember it right, in those days (70s), the charts were published on Tuesday.
giles2008 Not the same without Gary Glitter ,Slade , The Sweet and Jonathan King is it.
Emma Bee I remember the buzz of anticipation waiting for the chart rundown on a Sunday evening. Now there's no excitement and hardly anyone bothers to tune in. Much easier to check it on ceefax afterwards. It's just not very exciting these days.
