Dominic Dee I think it's a no win situation. If they release new material now, they'll be accused of cashing in on his death. If they wait, they'll be accused of trying to milk what they can out of existing tracks before making even more money from the new ones, thus cashing in on his death.

I think the key words are "legal wrangles". Who actually owns his material now? etc. etc.

The old stuff is still selling so why release anything new plus its going to be tied up in legal wrangles for years like the Marley estate. Lets wait till the MJ brand is the biggest on the planet. Then well release it all.
