david	a correction to my previous post- it is indeed out of stock at amazon, tho other sellers are selling it on amazon, if that makes sense.
david	finally got round to ordering my copy today. it seems to be in stock at amazon.
JK2006	Sadly the Amazon ordering situation has slowed over Christmas; I think they are concentrating on the huge sellers and those requiring a mere dozen at a time get lost at the end of the queue. We keep getting requests, providing them and seeing the OUT OF STOCK notice vanish for only an hour or two - then to reappear again. My hope is that this very non topical book will come into its own in January and February. You can order it for £20 from this site (see Homepage).
Blue Boy	I wanted to buy this for Christmas but it seemed to be always out of stock, must have checked 10 to 20 times. I certainly didn't want to pay $100. This situation would never have been allowed to exist in the physical world of the record biz and I doubt books are that much different. So JK tell us what has really happened? Will things get better anytime soon?
